SRI AMBAL PRINTERS, a newspaper and commercial printing unit located at No, 264, Ginjee Road, T.Mettupalayam, Villupuram – 2.
We are the printers of The New Indian Express and Dinamani for the said location covering almost 6 districts in and around the region which includes Pondicherry. The company as a group of Acon is managed by a group of qualified professionals in printing technology from Anna University and Pune University and have almost 24 years of experience in printing industry both in India as well as abroad. As a company, we have thorough understanding of the working process of newspaper printing and we also have prior hands on / management experience of working in newspaper publishing company. We thoroughly understand the essence of time and quality in the printing of newspapers.
The salient features of our press are
- 1) Orient make Cold set web offset newspaper printing machine with
a. 546mm cut-off printing machine
b. Machine capable of printing 24 pages of which 4 pages will be in colour and 20 pages in black and white
c. The machine configuration is two ‘Y’ unit and six ‘I’ units
d. Folder with conveyor for manual gathering of printed copies
2) Amsky make fully automated Thermal CTP which can prepare plates upto double dummy size
3) Proteck make Plate processing machine, fully automated
4) Requisite and efficient communication systems to enable us to receive the transmitted pages
5) DG set for power back up
6) Adequate man power to run and maintain the press and all other equipment
7) Located very near to NH 45 and is very accessible
